This kitchen design project is located in inner city Melbourne, forming part of a converted warehouse space, is the perfect example of successful, small-space design: the area is maximised for full functionality while retaining a distinct designer edge.

The brief was to extend on existing Asian-fusion inspired elements seen throughout the home, bringing this influence to the kitchen in order to create continuity with the home’s eclectic theme.

With the focal point being a unique glass splashback featuring the Chinese symbol for 'gourmet/kitchen', made. have streamlined the narrow space, using a glossy black surface to reflect light around the galley kitchen in order to create the illusion of space.

This made. kitchen in Spot Black FOIL WRAP finish also contains stainless steel benchtops and light-filled overheads with glass shelves. All these elements create a contained, modern, design-driven space which is warm and welcoming.
