Our Kitchen Designer will lead you through a brief to obtain as much information as possible on your requirements for the space regarding function, aesthetics and budget. We charge a design fee that covers all costs associated with creating designs, attending meetings and site visits. It’s a once-only fee and will be credited to your account when you confirm your kitchen order, but is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed.
Once this fee is settled we’ll meet with you to discuss dimensioned plans or measurements of your space. Our Kitchen Designer usually takes several weeks to prepare detailed designs and a quotation for your kitchen and they’ll set up a meeting to talk you through them. Refinements and revisions are made at ongoing meetings, or by phone, fax or email until you are completely satisfied that we have incorporated all your requirements into the design.
At this stage final designs and a fixed quotation will be issued. Also our Kitchen Designer and Installer will visit the site for a final check measure. A separate installation quotation will be provided.
Once the deposit has been paid all components of your kitchen are placed on order with our suppliers. It can take between 12 to 16 weeks for all parts to arrive at the made. living warehouse.
An installation date is set and continued liaison between our team, you or your contractor, monitors progress of the site. The installation on site is likely to take between 5 to 7 days depending on the size and nature of your project.
After installation has been completed to our complete satisfaction, our Kitchen Designer will make a visit to offer help and advise on how to get the best from your new kitchen and all the functions originally discussed.
